Since half term, we have been learning about recounts in our English lessons. On Thursday, we went for a walk around the school grounds—thank goodness we didn’t plan it for Friday with all the rain! Afterwards, we reflected on our experience and organised our ideas into a plan for an independent recount. The children produced some fantastic writing, and we’re excited to share a couple of examples with you below.
