A quick post to say that this term, the children will be given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the Year 3/4 Statutory spelling list through our Spelling Bee quizzes and class fun.
Whilst still practicing our regular, weekly spellings which follow structured spelling rule practice, our Spelling Bee will be a list of 10 words from the statutory list to keep our spelling knowledge as sharp as possible! We’re aiming to do this on Wednesdays, so the children will return home work a new sheet of 10 to practice, and I will send an email copy home too. Please see a copy of the spellings given out last Wednesday.
