As part of our DT unit this half term, we have been exploring the different types of bread bun, from brioche to white rolls. We sampled different buns and then investigated the recipes and techniques involved in producing these. Finally, we made our different buns following our recipes and our designs. Once we had finished making our buns we baked them and then tasted them.
