Reading books will be changed on Tuesday afternoon.

Maths
This week, we will be continuing our fractions unit by learning how to recognise unit and non-unit fractions. This week’s maths homework will support the children’s understanding of this topic.
Spelling
This week we are focusing on contractions. Spelling words for this week: can’t, didn’t, hasn’t, couldn’t, it’s, wouldn’t, shouldn’t, wasn’t, Mr, Mrs.
The spelling test will take place on Monday 11th May 2026.
