The Admissions Appeals process for Equals Trust schools engages Nottinghamshire County Council’s Independent Appeals Panel.  None of the members who sit on the panels have any connection to Equals Trust schools.  Their decision is independent and final.

The cost of any Admissions Appeals is charged to the school and comes out of their allocated budget.
