We hope you are enjoying the half term break. We look forward to another great half term with Sparrow Class when we welcome them back on Monday 2nd November.

Reading
We will swap our books on Monday and Thursday after half term– please have books ready to pass over to staff then. Please try to listen to your child read their phonics book 3-5 times a week.
Spelling
This week is week 1 of our Autumn 2 spellings. Our words this week all have the digraphs ‘ai’ and ‘oi’ in them which is mostly found at the beginning or middle of the word. Our ten words are: rain, wait, train, afraid, paid, oil, join, coin, point, soil. We have set games you can play on doodlespell or you can use the page in your new homework pack for some written work.
Maths
Try completing the short doodle assignments and having a go at your 5 a day to stay in the green zone.
