We swap our books on Mondays and Thursdays – please have books ready to pass over to staff then. Please try to listen to your child read their phonics book 3-5 times a week.
Spelling
This week is week 2 of our spellings. Our words this week all have the sounds /l/, /k/ and /z/ spelt with ‘ll’, ‘ck’ and ‘zz’. Our ten words are: well, pull, full, wall, buzz, fizz, back, stick, flick, pal. There are games you can play on doodlespell or you can use the page in your homework pack.
Maths
Try completing the short doodle assignments and having a go at your 5 a day. So many children have already logged on and started enjoying this – well done, Sparrows!
