We have had a fantastic end to Healthy Living Week!
Yesterday, Year 5 took part in a road safety workshop, where they learned all about the importance of wearing a seatbelt and using a booster seat. In the afternoon, the class walked to Keyworth Primary School to enjoy a brilliant table tennis session.
Today began with an exciting assembly led by freestyle footballer Ash Randall. Later in the afternoon, the children had the opportunity to work with Ash, practising a range of impressive skills. To round off the week, Year 5 enjoyed a woodland walk before taking on the responsibility of supporting other pupils around the course by acting as marshals.
It has been a wonderful week, and the children have shown excellent teamwork, resilience and determination throughout. Well done everyone!
