Happy Book Week!
It’s Book Week this week and I am so excited about all the fantastic activities we have planned! We will be celebrating our love of reading in lots of different ways, and I can’t wait to see everyone’s awesome costumes on Thursday!
Library Visit Reminder
We will also be visiting the library on Thursday afternoon. Please remember to send your child’s library card in with them if you haven’t already done so.
Reading

Reading books will be changed on Tuesday afternoon.

Challenge Tree books will be changed on Friday afternoon.
Maths
This week we are learning about ordering and comparing different lengths and heights. Please complete the worksheet in your child’s homework book. This will help to reinforce their understanding of comparing lengths and heights.
Spelling
This week we are focusing on the /ee/ sound spelt with ‘ey’.
Our spelling words are: key, donkey, monkey, chimney, valley, trolley, turkey, hockey, parsley, journey.
The spelling test will take place on Monday 09.03.26.
