Each Monday, I will blog homework tasks for the week. In Year 5, the homework is as follows:
- Reading journals and MyMaths (handed out on a Friday and due in the following Friday).
- Spellings (handed out on a Monday and due in the following Monday).
- Times Tables Rockstars (to be completed regularly throughout the week).
Here are your homework tasks for this week:
Spellings- our spelling rule this week is words with the /shuhs/ sound spelt -cious.
Please complete your spelling columns and your DoodleSpell assignment ready for our test on Monday 15th September. Autumn 1 spelling booklets went home today, as well as DoodleSpell logins. Please let me know if you have any issues with logging in.
My Maths- this was set on Friday and is due this Friday (12.9.25).
Reading Journals- these will be handed out on Friday 12.9.25. Reading journal homework will be due in on Friday 19.9.25.
TTRS- practice your times tables regularly (at least 3-4 times per week!)
