Last week saw the second, annual Equals Trust MAT concert. Performing at the Albert Hall in Nottingham, choirs from across the trust, including Crossdale, sang together. See the video below for a small selection of the songs the children performed.
Well done to all the contestants of the 2019 Crossdale's Got Talent. Thank you to everyone that took part, contestants, judges, back stage crew and the audience! It was an amazing afternoon!
Our Ultimate Frisbee team had a great day this week at the Equals Trust Ultimate Frisbee tournament. 12 teams from across the Trust gathered at Brookside School in East Leake for a whole day. With two different teachers from across the Trust involved in international Ultimate Frisbee (really!) the children benefited from some top coaching before the tournament began. In light of feedback from parents and a review of our induction plan, we have revised the arrangements for your child starting in September. There will now be a shorter part-time phase with your child starting full time on Monday 9th September. The new arrangements are:
We would also like to invite you to join us for a tea-party from 1pm on the 6th September, after you have collected your child. This will be a chance to meet other parents, including members of our PTA, enjoy some tea and cake and ask any questions you might have about your child’s start to school or life at Crossdale.
