Walk to School Week
Congratulations to Year 6!
Hi everyone,
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to everybody for supporting the ‘Walk to School’ week this week. The children have been really excited and enthusiastic about it and with your help have been scooting, biking and walking to school every day.
I collected the class tally lists today. They were counted and officially adjudicated and the winners announced in assembly today.
Well done to Year 6 who have won the amazing ‘Golden Boot’ trophy for the most walks to school.
The ‘Happy Shoesday’ was a great success too. Thank you to all the children for coming to school in their happy shoes. The day raised £76.72 for the Living Streets charity! Thank you very much for your support!
