This week, children and teachers will be thinking about esafety, especially safe use of the internet, as part of the national ‘Safer Internet Day 2024’.
We know that internet can be a source of wonder, joy and useful information. Very sadly, we also know that some children can be exposed to very harmful content on the internet, as well as meeting people who use the internet to groom and harm children.

Taylor Shaw is pleased to confirm that following today’s further visit (25/1/24) and inspection from the Environmental Health Office, Crossdale has been awarded a 5-star Food Safety and Hygiene rating with no corrective actions required. Taylor Shaw now have a full 5-star rating across all schools in the Trust that have been inspected. The new rating for Crossdale will shortly be updated onto the Food Standards Agency website and Taylor Shaw remain fully committed to working in partnership with the school and to maintaining this rating.
It's been an exciting day at school today with a very special delivery!
