mental health awareness week!
This week at Crossdale, in order to celebrate and acknowledge the importance of Mental Health, each year group completed a variety of well-being activities. Every class discussed how vital it is to 'connect' with one another and always talk about our feelings as well as the different strategies we can carry out to help make us feel happy, safe and calm. Whether this is through drawing and colouring, painting, watching a film, going for a walk or simply talking, we all have our own special way of feeling happy.
