Multi Sports Club 

 

Dear Parent and Carers,  

There will be a new Multi sports club running with Mr. Pharoah from Monday 11th January 2021, 08.00-08.45am, for 4 weeks with the last session being the 1st February 2021. The price for the block of sessions is £12. To guarantee your child a place on the course, please email Mr. Pharoah and pay via School money. However please note that the Multi Sports club is limited to 20 and places will be given on a first-come first-served basis so be sure to get your conformation in as early as possible to avoid any disappointment. *Please note Mr Pharoah will take the children to their classrooms after the club.  

If you would like your child to attend this before school club please email callum.pharoah@crossdale.notts.sch.uk with the following information. 

 

• Childs Name  

• Childs class  

• Emergency contact details  

• Consent for them to be photographed in the club
