Crossdale sports news!

 

Last week was a very busy week for sport at Crossdale, with lots of Football and Boccia going on. 

Boys Football Team

The boys' football team had 3 football events during last week, they had two football matches which took place at Crossdale, with the boys winning both games of football 4-3 and 4-0 the football on display was fantastic and the progression of the team has been superb. 

On Saturday morning the boys' took part in the Rushcliffe football tournament for the second time this year at Ruddington St Peters and again they did not disappoint doing a fabulous job finishing 2nd in the group and on another day could have easily gone through to the Semi Finals. 

Well done boys, keep up the good work!!!

A big thanks to the parents who helped take and run the team on Saturday it is greatly appreciated. 

Mr Cresswell couldn't praise the boys' enough for the way they applied themselves saturday  and for the football they displayed.

Boccia Tournament 

Last Friday afternoon Crossdale Boccia team attend a tournament at Keyworth Primary School competeting against all of the other schools within the Equals Trust. It was a brilliant afternoon of Boccia full of great sportmanship and some fabulous play throughout the event. 

A big well done to all of the Crossdale Boccia team who did us proud and showed fabulous teamwork and enthusiasm.
