wELCOME BACK AND FIRST TRIP INFO

Hello all,

Welcome back to a new term and welcome to a brand new class! I have had such a fun day with Pine class and can't wait to get to know them further after reading their summer scrapbooks! In case they have forgotten, please remind your child to bring in their scrapbook as the week progresses, as it is a fun and personal way for me to get to know them.

As mentioned in the title, I would also like to inform you about our first trip of the year. Getting stuck into our first topic 'Amazing Allotments', we will be walking to the Keyworth Allotments at 9:20 on Thursday 12th September. We will be met by an allotment holder who will show us around the plots and share their passion for growing food wit the children. We aim to be back at school by 11:30, so no changes need to be made to your child's regular lunch time meal choice.

Lastly, as we are a big class and always appreciate and enjoy your involvement, I would like to ask if you are available to come with us for our allotment visit. If it is possible, please let me know!
