  • Christmas Carol Concert Arrangements

    Hello Puffin parents!

    Please find attached a letter explaining the arrangements for this year's Crossdale Christmas carol concert.  Hopefully, lots of the children will be able to make the evening performances with the adjusted timings to suit their bedtimes!

    On another note, could I please ask that children's 'Roots to Reading' books are kept in their book bags with their reading books please.  We aim to change reading books every Wednesday where we will swap their existing books with a new one.

  • Welcome back Puffins

    Hello Puffin families

    I hope that you've all had a fun-filled couple of weeks as well as some time for the children's batteries to recharge!

    I just wanted to share with you our curriculum map for next half-term (see attachment) and to remind you of the reading meeting that starts at 5pm in the hall tomorrow.  We'll have a short presentation and time for you to have a look at some of the resources your child will be using, followed by time to ask any questions regarding reading in Reception. Hopefully you'll be able to make it, but if you can't, I will also e-mail the presentation after the meeting.

    We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow and hearing about your child's holiday adventures.
