Welcome to your weekly homework post.

Another super week, watching the chicks grow - they have changed so much. Only last week we had 9 eggs in an incubator, now they are moving and growing, feeding and being very nosey. 

*Your 'special homework' this week is linked to reading - I hope you enjoy this together.

*Spelling activity this week is linked to week 4 of spring 1 words: (ir and ur spellings) - this moves on from our words from last week with 'ur' words. These are on Spelling Shed already so you can access games from there. There is also an activity in homework books.

*Please listen to your child read at least 3 time a week. New books will come home with you on Monday and Thursday.  Please send in any books to be returned on Mondays and Thursdays as well so that we can re-stock our shelves (thank you!).

*Try to stay in the green zone on doodle by completing your '5 a day' and your assignments. We are 2nd place this week on the doodle board - it seems Year 3 have been busy!
