Book Week

Hello Year 4!

Next week is World Book Week, and we have a lot of fun activities planned for you. Here's what you can look forward to each day:

Monday: Library Visit and Guest Speaker

• We will start the week with a visit to the library. Make sure to bring your library cards if you haven't already!
• In the assembly, we will have a special guest speaker who will read us an exciting story.

Tuesday: Teacher Reading Swap

• A teacher from a different year group will come to our class to read with you. It's a great chance to hear a new voice and enjoy a different story.

Wednesday: Reading Buddies

• Year 4 students will pair up with a buddy from Year 1 to read together. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your love of reading with younger students.

Thursday: World Book Day

• Dress up as your favourite book character! Remember to wear a coat to stay warm.

Friday: Teddy Bear Reading Day

• Bring your favourite teddy bear to school. We will spend some time reading with our teddies.
