Welcome Back!

Apple Class have made a wonderful start to the year and are already showing what incredibly polite, hard-working and caring children they are!  They had many questions about starting in a new base that we began to answer this morning, as well as finding out about all of their summer activities and creating a classroom map!

Just for your information, the children will be receiving reading books over the next few days, using the colour band that they were last given at the end of Year Two.  During the base meeting on Tuesday 10th (see Crossdale News), more information about how reading works in Base 2 will be shared and all other records will be handed out to the children the next day.

As well as this, the children will be having P.E sessions on Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon so if their P.E kits could be in school on those days, it would be much appreciated.
