Time TRavelling!

On Tuesday 27th March Base One ventured out into the village to visit Keyworth Methodist Church to find out all about why Christians celebrate Easter.  We heard the Easter story and found out what Christians believed happened to Jesus long, long ago. We looked at symbols of Christianity too and talked about what they might mean. The children enjoyed singing songs, taking part in some drama and craft as well as listening to the story of the last supper. It was a lovely morning, despite the drizzly rain on the walk back!
