Happy New Year!
I know this is not the start to the year that we were all hoping for but as the vaccines are rolled out things should start getting better and life should get back to some kind of normality again.
In the meantime whilst you are all learning from home I have put together some resources for you to use that will help you to stay calm and happy in 2021.
Try to get outside and exercise daily and talk to a grown-up if you are feeling sad or worried.
