Top Link Festival 11.5.23
Dear Parents & Carers,
I am pleased to inform you that we have been invited to visit South Wolds Academy on Thursday 11th May 2023 for their annual Top Link Festival. The event will involve lots of different athletics based activities and will develop team work and resilience.
We will leave school at 8:55am to arrive for a 9:15am start. Therefore, the children will need to make sure they are at school for 8:45am, ready to leave promptly at 8:55am to walk to South Wolds. We will then walk back to school after the event, so children will be back in time for lunch at 12:30.
Please ensure your child comes to school in their PE kit and has their school uniform in a separate bag/ PE bag to get changed into after lunch.
We would be very grateful of any parent volunteers that are available that morning to help walk the children to and from South Wolds, as well as supervising whilst we are there. Without additional adults to make up the correct ratios, it could mean that we will be unable to attend. As always, we do appreciate all the support you can give us. Please let Mr Dring or Mrs Rodriguez know of your availability by Monday 24th, so we can finalise numbers.
