Healthy Living Week 2023!

Wow! What an excellent week we have had. We have taken part in lots of amazing sports and activities.
In class, we have also been doing lots more movement breaks (as this helps our concentration and overall mood). In science, we have also been learning about how to keep healthy by eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, doing plenty of exercise and looking after our mental health.
