A few admin notices...

Hi there,

Just to let you know that paperwork has begun to come home for our residential trip to Beaumanor Hall in April. 'Permission to travel 'or 'driver declaration' letters should have reached you and I would really appreciate it if these could be returned as soon as possible so all the risk assessments can be completed well ahead of time.

Also a quick note on spellings... the children were tested this week on the spellings from the Christmas homework and I was so pleased with how well they have done, so well done and thank you for your support with this!

Our usual weekly spellings will be tested on Friday (copying, crying, replying, marrying, carrying, flying, trying, drying, skiing, taxiing) this week and then we'll be back into the normal routine from Monday next week.

And last but most definitely not least , it is Mrs Phoenix's last Friday in Year Two this week as Miss Robinson will be working Fridays from now on as part of her transition. Mrs Phoenix has been fantastic to work with and I know the children will miss her (although she will still be in school) so please do find time to wish her well!
