WRITING TASK

For your writing task this week we are sharing an activity with a little more to get stuck into if you wish. The activities come from Pie Corbett, a trainer, writer, author and poet who created the Talk for Writing approach to learning which we use in school.

Via this link you will find a series of activities linked to the story of Sidney Spider. Each activity is clearly explained and will cover English speaking, listening, reading and writing. The activities are designed to be shared and flexible so if your child is really excited about some bits of it be guided by their interests.
