Year 1 & Year 2 trip - Out and About in Keyworth
Dear Parent/Carers
Year 1 & Year 2 Trip – Thursday 13th June 2019
Unfortunately, we have had to make the decision to cancel this week’s ‘Out and About in Keyworth’ trip. We are so disappointed but as the majority of the trip involves us being outside, the weather is just too wet and unsuitable. We imagine some of you may have expected this news due to the unsettled weather forecast for this week!
As we have already pre-ordered packed lunches for the children, they will still be having these for their lunch on Thursday as it is too late to cancel them. If you ticked that your child will be bringing their own packed lunch, please send them with a packed lunch still. We will still aim to have a picnic style lunch together.
A huge thank you to those of you who were able to offer your time to volunteer for the trip. Your support is very much appreciated and if we can rearrange, we will be in touch!
