Run, run as fast as you can!

This week we've been very busy chasing the Gingerbread Man! 

We retold the story altogether on Welly Wednesday and then the children retold the story in their own words using a story map. We did some Gingerbread cake baking and Mrs Mellor managed to bake us all a Gingerbread man each (without them running out of her oven!).

Next week we will be writing our super sentence 'Run, run as fast as you can." If your children are looking for something to write at the weekend, it would be a good sentence to practise saying and writing.
