Exploring Autumn

As part of our English unit on soliloquy (written thoughts) we have been outside exploring how our senses are stimulated by the changing seasons. We looked at the different sights, sounds and smells that we encounter during autumn and used this to help us generate ideas for our own autumn-themed writing. We have explored the use of simile and personification in other autumn poems, and have used these to inspire our own writing.
