Year 5&6 After School Football Club - Tuesday's 3:30-4:30pm

Starting from the 9th November there will be a new after school Football club for year 5&6 until the end of term, meaning the last session will be the 14th December. The cost of the 6 sessions will be £18. Once you have completed the form for your child the office will then add the charge to your school money account to enable you to make payment. Please complete the attached form if you wish for your child to attend the club.
