Our Beaumanor Trip

Today we visited Beaumanor Hall for the WW2 experience day. We learnt all about the different functions that Beaumanor had during the war. We explored the coding station and investigated the ways in which enemy messages were translated. We did the shopping with rationing to make a meal for our host families, filled in our ID cards and experienced an air raid in the shelter.
