Year 6 After School Sports Club

Dear parents/carers,

Starting from the 14th September there will be a new after school sports club for year 6 until the end of term, meaning the last session will be the 12th October. We will be completing a variety of sports chosen by the children attending, the cost of the 5 sessions will be £15. Once you have completed the form for your child the office will then add the charge to your school money account to enable you to make payment. Please complete the attached form if you wish for your child to attend the club.
