Y6 Residential - 24-25 June

We are very excited to be able to announce that with the ongoing relaxation of coronavirus restrictions, we have been able to secure a slot for a Y6 residential trip!

This would be for two days with a single night away at Beaumanor Hall (Thursday 24 to Friday 25 June) - staying in two of the cabins.

Residentials are a great way for us to reward the children for being magnificent during their time at Crossdale - as well as support them in some enjoyable and exciting activities led by the specialist staff at the venue.

We know that these trips really help children feel more confident, resilient and independent in advance of their transition into secondary education and we are delighted that we have been able to pencil in this booking.

To keep costs low and avoid the necessity for travel on a coach, we will need you to arrange for the children to travel to Beaumanor by car; it will be useful to car share where possible. Beaumanor Hall is 25-30 minutes away by car.

In order for us to ensure that the trip is viable and confirm our booking, we would like you to complete the following survey letting us know if you would like your child to come along on the trip. We will need to know this by Friday 7 May.

The cost for the trip will be approximately £94. We will need you to commit to paying a non-refundable deposit (£50.00) to secure a place on the trip.

We are currently planning for Mr Cresswell, Mrs Westie and Mr McKenna to be the staff members on the trip.

We will arrange an online meeting for parents before half term. This will allow us to share information about the trip and allow you to ask questions.
