HEALTHY HEARTS PROJECT - PHOTO CONSENT

Dear year 5 parent/carers, 

Over the last couple of weeks the year 5 pupils have been taking part in the healthy hearts programme run by Trent Bridge Community Trust (TBCT). The trust have asked if we can provide them with some photos of the sessions for their social media pages and to report to Rushcliffe Borough Council who fund the project. 

Please can you email myself by Monday 23rd November if you wish for your child to not be in any of the photos we will send to TBCT - callum.pharoah@crossdale.notts.sch.uk
