After school fitness club

Fitness Club 

Dear Parent and Carers,  

There will be a new Fitness Club running with Mr. Pharoah from Thursday 24th September, 3.45-4.30pm, for 5 weeks with the last session being the 15th October in the last week of term. The price for the block of sessions is £12. To guarantee your child a place on the course, please email Mr. Pharoah and pay via School Money. Please note that the Fitness club is limited to 30 and places will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get your form in as early as possible to avoid any disappointment! 

 

If you would wish for your child to attend this afterschool club please email callum.pharoah@crossdale.notts.sch.uk with the  following information; 

 

• Childs Name  

• Childs class  

• Emergency contact details  

• Consent for them to attend afterschool club
