Goodbye Monkey Puzzlers

Today has been an emotional day. After two super years teaching your marvellous children, it is time to say 'goodbye'. It has been a really strange year; one I hope is not replicated but one I know I will always remember. The children have been brilliant, have taken it all in their stride and just been so happy and positive to be back in. I have said it to many of you already but I am so delighted to have been able to teach some of the class again.  Seeing the children in their uniform, soaking up their learning and being so pleased to see us all has been truly wonderful. Of course, I have not been able to teach all the children in this arrangement, so it has been bitter sweet. I have missed Bubble B and it has not been the same without them.

I look forward to waving to the Monkey Puzzlers as they move into Year Three and hearing all their lovely tales of the adventures that lie ahead. I will see them at playtimes, keep up with how they are learning and look forward to seeing them on the stage for the next few years to come.

On behalf of all of the Year Two staff, thank you for the lovely gifts, the kind words and the amazing parent support. We have also loved working with you. Have a really happy summer and see you in September.

Best wishes, Mrs Jones.

PS. Bubble A had a great treat afternoon today (see attachment). I have also included a little word project I made to help the children remember they have been part of a special time and this was their little support network.
