Writing Activity 11.05.20 and Hello!

Hello Year Three!

I hope you've all had a lovely week and enjoyed the bits of sunshine we've had.  Luna and I have really missed it the days when it's been cloudy and colder!  This week I have been planning and preparing some resources for those children at school again, as well as creating a new reading project that will be blogged in a few weeks time - I'm so excited to share the story with you, it's very exciting!

I've attached some pictures of Luna's weekly monkey antics - with my favourite showing her clearly questioning face of 'What are you doing?' Can you guess which one I mean?? She has also decided the best place to sit in the garden is on the table and she looks very pleased about it too!

As well as Luna pictures, I've included a picture that my grandparents send me that reminded me of you all... Max the Hodgeheg visited their garden!

Thank you for all of the work and pictures you have sent me this week.  I'm so proud of how hard you are all working and I am loving seeing some of your projects come together.

I will blog the learning mat on Monday, which will be very similar to the structure from this week and will of course reference the extended writing task I am blogging now.

Please click here for the writing task that Newquay Zoo have designed.  One of the amazing things about lock down is seeing how creative everyone is and I was so excited to see that Newquay Zoo had planned this home learning resource as I think you will love completing the task!

As always, missing you lots and please email me on apple-teachers@crossdale.notts.sch.uk for anything you need!

Miss J
