Releasing the butterflies

We discovered two butterflies had come out of their cocoons. We let them rest over night with some sugary water. The next day we took them to the wild area and released them into the wild.

They both took it in turns to sit on Mrs Ingle's hand while we sang our butterfly song to them. They then flew off to find their new home. It was magical!
