Making time to think about our wellbeing :)

Hello all,

Each fortnight, Mrs. Neale and I will be posting a few Wellbeing tips and ideas on here! Our aim is to keep spreading the Ways to Wellbeing, which we have successfully been practising since September at Crossdale. Our Ways to Wellbeing are helping us to feel happier about ourselves, have the confidence to talk to each other about our worries, and have even given us new skills and activities to try!

Each post will contain:

- a yoga/mindful activity
- a fun new hobby or craft to try (trying new things keeps our brains active and improves our stickability - you'll be so proud of yourself when you achieve a new skill!)

Yoga: please see attachments with 3 yoga poses to try at home

Hobby: Shadow puppetry - I had lots of fun making shadow puppets when I was younger - and Mrs. Neale even had a go yesterday with her family joining in too!
