SPellıng Sprıng Term 1

I hope you've all had a great break so far; a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I have attached a copy of the spelling lists for the next half term so that you know what is coming during which weeks. There will be no spelling test on Monday 6th as we completed our last lists before Christmas. I will teach week 1 spelling on Monday and the test for those words will be on Monday 13th January.

I have also included below the spelling activity that will come home with you on Monday and the Year One and Two New Curriculum  Words. These are for your reference because the expectation for end of Year Two is that children are able to spell all of these words. This might help to give you an indication of where your child is at and the words that they need to practise in addition to those we have in tests.
