Equals Trust Concert Information

Hello all,

First of all I would just like to congratulate your children on the amazing job that they did at the music evening this week - they were fantastic! 

After your children's wonderful performances at Music Evening this week, we can now look ahead to our next musical event - the Equals Trust MAT concert at the Albert Hall on Thursday 20th June. Thank you for returning the permission slips and spectator ticket requests for your child. This letter went home a bit ago so I've attached it below as a memory refresher. In terms of tickets, the organisers have limited each child to just one spectator at the event, and you shall receive this paper ticket on Monday 17th June. 

We also have space for two parent helpers to join us on the trip, so if you are available on Thursday 20th June from 11.45am to around 6.15pm, then please let me know via email: jonathan.brierley@crossdale.notts.sch.uk

I will check my emails daily, so if you have any questions about the concert please do contact me directly and I will help. 

The concert will begin at 5pm and end around 6.15pm. There will be no transport back to school, so please ensure that your child can be collected from the Albert Hall after the concert finishes. All choir members will need a packed lunch and dinner on the day, along with a refillable water bottle. A reminder of this information will come home with the ticket on Monday 17th June.
