Are you a rock expert? Can you help us?

After half term, Year Three will be starting their new topic.  The science within this topic is all about rocks.  As part of this topic, we will be walking around our local area to look at how different rocks are used and to see if we can see any weathering or erosion.  We will also discuss how the use of rocks has changed in the village over time.

If any grown ups have knowledge and expertise regarding this, would you be willing to come on the trip with us to impart your wisdom to twenty seven Year Three children? 

Please let me know if you are able to join us or if you has a fountain of knowledges you would like to share with me before we go on the trip.
