Photography project + forest school's kit list

Hello all,

We have had a fab first 6 weeks of 2019, and can't wait to see what is in store for us next term! To complete our Firedamp and Davy Lamps topic, part of Year 5's homework this term will be to recreate some of the art first painted by the pitmen who have been at the centre of our learning about Britain's coal mining history.  We would love to get you involved too, grown-ups! If you know you're a a great model, actor, or even photographer yourself, please help your child out in any of the photo-taking process.

On a practical note, so that we can see the photos when they return to school, please could you either:

a) print them yourselves, and place them in the homework folder
b) place the photo / photos on a USB stick so that I can print them at school
c) email the photos to me (evie.rodriguez@crossdale.notts.sch.uk) so that I can print them at school.

Also, to prepare for the next term, I am attaching an online copy of the letter you will receive today about forest schools kit.  Please ensure your child comes prepared for the activities next term, as per the kit list.
