Happy Chinese New Year!

This week we have been learning all about the traditions behind the Chinese New Year celebrations. We have investigated customs and traditions in homes, and the legend of the beast Nian who used to come to villages on the eve of the new lunar year. To involve ourselves with these traditions we created our very own red lanterns to bring good luck!
