A vitally important concept at Crossdale is that of the Crossdale Family. This aims to describe all of the members of our school community who work closely together for the benefit of all of our children. 

The Crossdale Family includes all of the pupils, the parents and carers, staff and governors, and the wider community  – local, national and international.

The Crossdale Family concept has been described by Ofsted as forming the bedrock of the school’s success.
